In an initial consultation we will discuss your health goals as well as any health concerns you may have both past and present and how we can address them with nutritional medicine. We will discuss your full health history and I will perform any relevant physical examinations. Body composition measurements (including BIA) can also be part of this consult if it is relevant to your goals.
You will receive a detailed treatment plan to help you reach your goals including dietary and lifestyle changes and if indicated a nutritional supplement prescription.
RETURN CONSULT

45 MINS - $110
This is usually around two weeks after your initial consult. During this appointment we will determine progress by checking in with the goals and treatment plan set in the initial visit. We will then set new goals or steps towards your main goal and you will receive an updated treatment plan.
body composition APPOINTMENT
15 MINS - $35
- only available in clinic
BIA (Bio Impedance Analysis) scales measure your weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass and quality, hydration, visceral fat, bone mass and metabolic age.
These measurements help you to track changes in your body composition and overall health not just your weight.
You will receive a report detailing your results.
BIA measurements are complementary as part of a nutritional consult (when relevant to your goals) or you can book a stand alone appointment.
Health fund rebates are available for nutrition consultations - Subject to your individual health fund and level of cover
Please note that all Health Fund claims must be made manually, HICAPs is not available for Nutrition Services and online/telehealth consultations are not covered
